For Suppdate 100 applications: name, email, age band, goals, general supplement use, wearable ownership, interest in blood testing, motivation and your marketing preference. We do not collect detailed medical information through public forms.

Health data

Health information is special category data under UK GDPR. We only process it with your explicit consent, for the purposes you agree to, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and separate from your application.
