FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Suppdate medical advice?
No. Suppdate provides information to help you understand your options. It does not diagnose or treat conditions. Always speak to a GP or pharmacist before changing medication.
Do brands pay for higher scores?
Never. Commercial relationships cannot influence Suppdate Scores, evidence grades, safety decisions or recommendations.
Can Suppdate tell me not to take something?
Yes. 'Do not take this supplement' is a valid and common recommendation.
What is the difference between the Suppdate Score and Your Fit?
The Suppdate Score measures product quality and is the same for everyone. Your Fit is a personal assessment based on your data, goals, stack and safety rules.
How does Suppdate protect my health data?
Your health information is personal. Suppdate is being designed around privacy, transparency and user control. We will explain what information we collect, why we need it and how it is used before asking you to share sensitive health data. Health information will only be collected through appropriate, secure product experiences — not through our founding-member application.
Is it available outside the UK?
Suppdate is launching in the United Kingdom first.
